YouTube Video and Description:
This magazine fits onto any Crosman gun that has a plastic breech installed (2240, 2250, 1322, ratcatcher etc).
It gives your air rifle/pistol 5 shot magazine, auto indexing capabilities.
The magazine stays fixed onto the gun and pellets are loaded into it one by one (see video above).
It is printed from a mixture of SLS Nylon and carbon fibre composite on high-end machines.
What is the "Iron Sight" Edition?
This iron sight version allows you to mount the rear-sight that came with your 2240/2250.
Please know that if you would like to use the standard iron sight, it must be used with our custom front sight which is included in the magazine kit.
This magazine is compatible with any Crosman plastic breech that uses the standard length probe (see pictures and video for help).
Some past reviews
This magazine kit comes with a "standard pellet tube" and a "crosman premier pellet tube" and is guaranteed to be compatible with the following pellets.
If you do not currently use any of the pellets on the list, I can personally recommend any of these on the list for their intended uses.
(included) CR Pellet Tube:
- Crosman Premier 14.3gr (my personal favourite)
- Crosman Premier Hollow Point 14.3gr
- Webley Accupell
- ProShot Precision
(included) ST Pellet Tube:
- JSB Jumbo Diabolo 15.89gr
- AirArms Diabolo Field 15.89gr
- JSB Hades
- Daystate Sovereign
- Weirauch FT-Exact Jumbo 15.89gr
- RWS Hobby
- Bisley Practise
I have designed the magazine to be as low-profile as possible. Because of this, it is compatible with most scopes.
If you would like to be certain, please send me a picture of your gun/scope.
Here are the different options you have when mounting a scope:
Compatible with PolyRail
The GRAVmag 5P and PolyRail have been designed in unison to work with each other.
Iron Sight Compatibility
In this version of the 5P, a section at the back has been added to allow you to mount the standard rear iron-sight that came with your 2240/2250. A high-profile front sight is included to make use of this.
I highly recommend applying some Crosman Pellgun Oil to your probe before installing the magazine. This isn't essential, but it makes everything even smoother.
