Which magazine do I need?

Section 1:  "Breech" types

We offer magazines to suit both different types of Crosman.

There are two different types of Crosman. One has a steel breech, and the other has a plastic breech.

The "breech" is the part on your gun where you load pellets. Please see the images below to find which breech your gun has:

The two different breeches

The magazine must be used with the probe in the description of that particular magazine. All .22 magazines must be used with the standard length probe in the photos above. The .177 magazine must be used with the special GMAC probe listed in the .177 version description.

Steel Breech

This breech has a built in 11mm rail and is compatible with the following magazines:

Plastic Breech

The plastic breech is a basic breech, which does not have a built-in 11mm rail. It is compatible with the following magazine:

Section 2:  What are "pellet tubes"?

Pellet tubes are the grey-colored tubes which remain inside the magazine and transfer the pellet from the magazine and into the breech to be loaded.

Different pellet tubes are included with your magazine depending on which pellets you would like to use. Please see the table in the description of each magazine to find which pellets will work.

While not all pellets will work, there are plenty to choose from on the list. If you need any help choosing a new pellet, please do get in touch.

Section 3: Scope Compatibility

All of my magazines have been designed with scopes in mind. The 45 degree angle allows it to be used with most scopes on the market.

The dimensions of each magazine can be found in their respective listing.

If you are unsure if it will fit, please do contact me with a picture of your gun/scope.

The GRAVmag Compact (for Steel Breech) is the most scope-friendly, since it takes up less rail space and the loading port sits at a very low height.

Section 4:  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Do you ship to my country?

We ship all our parts globally using the Royal Mail Tracked service which takes 5-7 working days to arrive. International shipping is a flat fee of £8GBP (~$10.50 USD).

Q: Is everything I need included in the kit?

A: Yes, everything that is needed will be included. But we do highly recommend applying a small amount of Pellgun Oil (or similar lubricant) to your probe/bolt o-ring to make the magazine even smoother.

Q: How reliable are the magazines?

A: When used with the correct pellets, the magazines should be incredibly reliable. Each magazine is first fitted to my Crosman test-gun to check that the operation is correct before shipping.

Please make sure you also follow the instructions which can be found via our website: https://www.airgun-parts.co.uk/instructions

Q: What are the magazines made with?

A: Each magazine is built from a variation of laser-sintered nylon and carbon fibre-composite polymers. The carbon-fibre is printed on a traditional (but heavily modified for industrial use) printer and the nylon parts are made on a £100,000+ machine to ensure proper durability.

The design and manufacture has been refined over the past three years to achieve the best results possible.

Q: I have more questions, how do I contact you?

If I am not available at the time, I will reply to your Live Chat message via email, so please make sure you leave your correct email address in the box.
